PH 4/3 Pendant Lamp
PH and Louis Poulsen's partnership spanned 1925-1967. PH developed glare-free, direct lighting, with glass diffusing light to reduce glare and shadows, while a logarithmic spiral ensured even lighting. The 3/2 Academy, part of his three-shade line, was released in 2000 with 30 cm top shades and lower 2/2 shades. Variations included thousands of unique variants, colors, and sizes (metal or glass).
Light concept
The fixture is designed based on the principle of a reflective three-shade system, which directs the majority of the light downwards. The shades are made of metal and painted white to ensure uniform, comfortable light distribution.
